Standards for OOXML available
ISO standards for Office Open XML formats (ISO/IEC 29500) are now available through ISO's page of publicly available standards.
Note that although it's freely downloadable, ISO insists that you can't put a copy on your office's LAN, print two copies, or forward your copy to someone else. Don't ask me why.
