Oops!
Today I noticed that the downloads for JHOVE 1.1 were a lot bigger than they should have been. On closer examination, I noticed that there was a big "examples" folder that wasn't in the earlier versions.
I followed Stephen Abrams' instructions when building this version, but either I missed some point, or the instructions didn't match what he did himself. I'm not sure of the copyright status of the "examples" folder, so I've pulled the 1.1 downloads from public view till I can fix this.
