Hey Gary: Nothing to do with SOAP, but I've also put a link from my Retro Formats blog to your blog here. On another note, the National Library of Australia is going along the path of an SOA implementation that is currently completely non-SOAP (i.e. completely REST-based). The NLA website now hosts the IT Architecture report that was published earlier this year.
