MP3 hostility
The terms of service for free wireless provided by ICOA at Bruegger's Bagel Bakery in Cambridge, Mass., have this odd provision:
Your transmission, distribution, request to receive or storage of any material over the ICOA network or by means of a ICOA service (directly or indirectly) shall not: ...
(e) contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information, including, without limitation, "Pirated software", "Hackers programs or archives", "Warez Sites", "IrcBots", or "Mp3."
"Mp3"? Is ICOA owned by RIAA to have so much hostility toward the format?
Similar terms from ICOA are found online here.

As an investor in ICOA, I wish they had been owned by the RIAA - well, at least anybody but their current management!
With all their contracts for providing and/or managing wireless internet in airports, marinas, universities and almost 2,000 restaurants, their CEO George Strouthopoulos and CFO Erwin Vahlsing have basically run the company into the ground, taking the stock with it. They need to go.
